Every component we produce undergoes rigorous quality checks at each stage of manufacturing to ensure it meets customer specifications and international standards. We follow structured inspection protocols, use certified materials, and operate under ISO 9001-compliant systems.
Quality begins before production starts. All raw materials are verified upon arrival to ensure they meet the required specifications for grade, tolerance, and physical condition.
Process Includes:
- Visual checks for surface defects, rust, or deformation
- Material grade verification via certificates or testing
- Dimensional checks using calipers or micrometers
- Storage under proper inventory control to avoid contamination
Our production team follows documented inspection checkpoints at every machining and fabrication stage. This helps us detect deviations early, avoid rework, and ensure consistency across batches.
Before packaging, every part undergoes a comprehensive final inspection. Dedicated QC personnel ensure each item meets all technical, dimensional, and visual standards required by the customer.
Inspection Tools Used:
- Vernier calipers, micrometers
- Height gauges and dial indicators
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for high-precision parts
- Surface roughness testers (Ra) for finish-sensitive components
- Welding seam inspection (visual and dimensional)
Inspection Reports (upon request):
- First Article Inspection Report (FAI)
- Material Certificates (e.g., 304, 6061, etc.)
- Dimension Reports / CMM Data Sheets
- RoHS or REACH compliance reports
We strictly follow your drawing tolerances - typically within ±0.01mm to ±0.05mm depending on material and process. Our CNC programming and setup consistency ensure repeatability even in multi-batch production.
For critical parts, we offer:
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Control plans with sampling frequency
- Fixture-based inspection jigs for high consistency
